PORTLAND -- Four people were arrested at the 'Occupy Portland' encampment downtown Saturday, police said.

John Van Enige IV, 40, was arrested and excluded from the park for indecent exposure after police saw him urinating on the south side of the encampment, according to Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland police. Van Enige resisted arrest and was also charged with interfering with a police officer.

Troy Thompson, 40, was arrested for violating a restraining order. He also had a small amount of marijuana in his possession, Simpson said. Thompson was excluded from Chapman Square and booked into the Multnomah County Jail.

Jason Alan Lord, 28, a registered sex offender, was arrested on an outstanding escape warrant from Olympia, Washington.

Timothy Austin Kelley, 60, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after officers recognized him. He was booked into the Multnomah County Jail.

Two people were arrested Friday at the encampment and four others were cited and excluded.

At Jamison Square, in the Pearl District, 27 people associated with Occupy Portland were arrested early Sunday morning.
