VANCOUVER Police in Vancouver are investigating two early-Saturday-morning robberies they believe might be related.

Around 3:45 a.m., four teens, one of them armed with a gun, got out of a green sedan and robbed a pedestrian at East 30th Street and V Street. One of the teens got behind the victim and fired a round into the air.

The group then jumped back in the car and sped off with the man's wallet and keys, said Kim Kapp with the Vancouver Police Department.

A little more than an hour later, four people robbed the 7-11 convenience store in the 5600 block of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard at gunpoint, Kapp said.

One of the suspects fired a shot into the floor behind the counter before they took off on foot (pictured above). No one was hurt in either incident.

A witness reported seeing four men flee into a light green vehicle north of the store.

Anyone with information was asked to call police at 360-487-7425.
