TUSCON, AZ. -- Police in Arizona were investigating an incident that sent a University of Oregon cheerleader to the hospital following the Duck's win in Tucson.
Katelynn Johnson was rushed to the emergency room after she was hit in the head when Arizona fans began throwing items onto the field.
KEZI-TV reports that Johnson was hit by a one-liter water bottle and suffered a concussion. Another water bottle hit a duck's player. He was not hurt.
The Ducks defeated Arizona in two overtimes, setting up a Civil War showdown the the OSUBeavers. The winner will represent the Pac 10 in the Rose Bowl.
