After the video was released, Einstein Bros closed the restaurant and said they would work aggressively to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

On Thursday, Multnomah County Health inspectors said they found no evidence of rodent activity and cleared the restaurant to reopen.

They have had five nights of zero catches of rodents, the report said.

Einstein Bros also covered holes that needed to be plugged and put heavy equipment on casters so it could be easily moved.

The restaurant said the mice issues were originally due to construction at Pioneer Place, where the store is located.
