PORTLAND -- Unseasonably cold temperatures along with heavy rain moved into the Portland area Tuesday.
Heavy showers were expected along with possible hail and thunderstorms through Wednesday, KGW Meteorologist Nick Allard said.
High temps should be in the low- to mid-50s.
The snow level tomorrow will be around 3,000 feet leading to some snow over Government Camp and at least a few inches from 3,000 feet and above, Allard said.
Travelers are advised that mountain passes should see at least some snow, and to travel with caution.
