PORTLAND -- Kelli Murrain just can't put her head around what police said four teens did to her 16-year-old son Dustyn.
It was cruel. It was evil. They planned it all out and actually had a list of things to torture him, she said.
Portland police said a 15-year-old girl lured Dustyn Murrain to a shed in back of a Southeast Portland home.
That's where a 14-year-old and two 16-year-old boys allegedly jumped him.

They took him in the shed and put a real gun to his head and made him take his clothes off, then beat him with a crowbar and pistol whipped him, then shot him in the chest and groin with a BB gun, Murrain said.
The teens then allegedly cut a swastika into his forehead with a box cutter.
You can tell it's going to leave a scare, Murrain said. Hopefully we can do something so he won't be scarred for life with a swastika.
Dustyn's mom believes her son would have died had he not convinced his attackers to let him try and get them some money. Instead, the bloodied teen went for help, stumbling into a nearby body shop where employees immediately called an ambulance.
Dustyn is out of the hospital and recovering physically, but his mom says he's very scared and is now in hiding.
We're not letting anyone know where he is, just our family because he needs to feel safe. His mental health is the most important thing, Murrain said.
All four accused teens are in juvenile detention and three of the teens are being charged as adults.
