OREGON CITY, Ore. -- The power has been restored for thousands of customers after a power outage in Clackamas County Saturday morning, officials said.

Crews initially thought a squirrel had gotten into a substation and caused a transformer to blow. But as it turned out, the squirrel was not the cause of the outage, PGEofficials said.
