PORTLAND Officers busted a convicted felon in Northeast Portland with an arsenal of guns, ammunition and body armor Wednesday evening, police said.

Just before 5 p.m., 40-year-old Leroy Sylvester Long was reportedly menacing his brother with a gun at the Fox Run mobile home park at 9000 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., said Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland police.

Investigators searched Long s home and found 10 firearms, ammunition and body armor in a large gun safe, Simpson said.

Long was booked in the Multnomah County Jail on charges including 10 counts of felon in possession of a firearm. He may face federal charges in the case.
