It s time to fall back again.
Oregonians will need to turn their clocks back one hour on Sunday, at 2 a.m. to revert back to Standard Time.
The only states that don't fall back are Hawaii and Arizona.
The annual time change was instituted in the United States during World War I, so people would use less energy to light their homes because they would have an extra hour of natural daylight.
Fire marshals around the state say it s also a great annual reminder for residents to change the batteries in their smoke alarms that is, or test them if your alarms have ten-year batteries.
Daylight Saving Time returns on the second Sunday in March.
