BORING, Ore. (AP) -- The Clackamas County sheriff's office says a man wanted on outstanding arrests warrants is in jail after he barricaded himself inside a Boring home Saturday night.
Spokesman Nate Thompson said Sunday that deputies tried to stop 58-year-old Raymond Wilebski as he was driving in his car toward his home. He ran from the car into the home and barricaded the doors.
Wilebski's mother came out of the home, and a SWAT team tried to persuade the son to surrender. After nearly two hours, deputies used chemical munitions and Wilebski walked out of the house.
He was lodged into Clackamas County Jail on his outstanding warrants as well as attempt to elude.
