Residents say there's work yet to do, but a lot of repairs are done and the one-year anniversary finds the city of 3,700 resilient. Seventy-five structures were damaged -- 10 homes left uninhabitable. But only two minor injuries were reported.

Damage was initially estimated at $1.1 million. Town officials figure that's lower than actual replacement costs.

A prominent building housing the Nichol family's plumbing business was destroyed.

The Nichols are getting ready to move into rebuilt quarters. To celebrate, they're holding a tornado party.
