More warm weather was expected Sunday, with highs possibly reaching 80 degrees again.

I am watching the chance of Cascade thunderstorms Sunday afternoon moving into the valley, Hill said. Winds will be light and variable, becoming gusty near any thunderstorms.

A flood warning was still in effect for the lower Columbia River. A special weather statement also warned against playing in or around water that's cold, high and swift this weekend.
