OREGON CITY, Ore. Oregon City police are searching for two identity theft suspects after they allegedly stole checks from a Tualatin woman and used them at multiple stores in May.

Between May 25 and 30, the suspects passed at least four stolen checks at several Clackamas County stores, including Rite Aid, Safeway and Home Depot, according to Sgt. Matthew Paschall of Oregon City police.

The checks were reported stolen from a victim in the City of Tualatin in May after her checks never arrived in the mail, Paschall said.

A man and woman were caught on video surveillance committing the crimes, Paschall said.

The woman was described as white with long, dark hair, between 25 and 35 years old, around 5 feet 5 inches tall and 150 pounds. The man was described as a tall and thin, and either Hispanic or light-skinned African-American, police said.

Anyone with information about the suspects or crimes was asked to call Oregon City police at 503-496-1616.
