BATTLE GROUND, Wash. -- Police in the southwest Washington community of Battle Ground have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with two small fires at the community library.
In a statement Monday, police said Luke Love of Battle Ground was arrested for investigation of two counts of first-degree arson.
A small fire was set Monday morning in the library's restroom. Love was arrested at the library after witnesses pointed him out to officers.
