RAW AERIALS: This is a long clip showing the destruction of the forest surrounding the mountain. In the area closest to the mountain everything was pulverized. Just beyond was the forest zone where trees were flattened but not incinerated by the blast. Pay close attention to the pattern in which the trees fell. It shows the direction of the blast as it throttled through the valley. Consider the power of the explosion: these foothills, covered in flattened trees, are thousands of feet high and many, many miles away from the center of the explosion.
