PORTLAND -- A MAX train was stuck in a Portland tunnel Wednesday afternoon, causing both red and blue lines to experience major delays.

The train was stuck west of downtown, according to Roberta Altstadt, spokeswoman for TriMet. The train was moved out of the way, but continued to cause problems for trains through the evening commute.

Altstadt said riders should expect delays through 7 p.m.
