PORTLAND A gas station employee has serious injuries after he was shot overnight in Northeast Portland.

At around 3:30 a.m., 38-year-old Craig Fleming II was shot after a disturbance involving several men at the 76 gas station at 515 Northeast 102nd Avenue, said Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland police.

Fleming was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound that was believed to be non-life-threatening, Simpson said.

Police and a K-9 searched the neighborhood but did not find any suspects. Anyone with information about the shooting was asked to call police at 503-823-0400.
