PORTLAND Neighbors in Northeast Portland held a Monday night meeting to discuss teaming up against a serial flasher.

I just worry about this person escalating his behavior as it continues, said neighbor Dave Anderson.

The man has been exposing himself to women and children since October. Most recently, he was seen last Thursday near Beaumont School.

Police released a sketch of the suspect (above) earlier this month. He usually wears something over the lower half of his face.

The neighborhood meeting took place at 7 p.m. inside the Fremont United Methodist Church, at 2620 NE Fremont St.

Officers hoped someone in attendance would have new information leading to the flasher's arrest.

People should talk to their neighbors, said Celeste Carey, crime prevention program coordinator. Observe what's different in the neighborhood and call the police.
