TROUTDALE, Ore. -- A Troutdale woman says the stolen trailer she called the lifeblood of her business has been recovered, but all of her supplies and merchandise were still missing.

Amber Pope said someone stole the Interstate load trailer from her mother's driveway. Police recovered it in Boring on Sunday.

Pope sells jewelry and accessories at local hospitals and splits the profits with each hospital. She said what she kept in the trailer might not be worth much to the people who took it but it means a lot to her.

You tell yourself it's a mean joke, she said.

Pope has three events scheduled in the next few weeks but without her supplies she'll likely have to cancel them. Anyone who knows anything about the theft was asked to call Troutdale police.
