VANCOUVER -- A man was hit twice in a drive-by shooting Thursday night in Vancouver, police said.

Police were called just after 11 p.m. to the report of a shooting in the 3300 block of V Street, said Sgt. Mike Davis of the Vancouver Police Department.

Officers at the scene found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital. His injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.

Investigators were looking for a brown, older model, four-door Cadillac. A gang unit was investigating.
