YouTube video captured a massive mudslide that derailed a train in Everett Monday.
John Hill just happened to have his cell phone camera out when the mudslide knocked the train off the tracks Monday.
The slide came rolling down a 100-ft. slope, derailing seven train cars that were carrying various types of freight, including small packages of disinfectant and chemicals used in cleaning supplies and fertilizer.
No one was hurt and a hazardous materials team determined there was no threat to the environment or public health.
The tracks were expected to remain closed for freight trains at least until Tuesday, and Amtrak and Sound Transit Sounder passenger train serve between Seattle and Everett has been canceled through Wednesday.
