PORTLAND -- The recent rainfall in the Portland metro area created outages, accidents, and delays all over the city Friday.
More than 3,800 people were in the dark in the Dayton area of Yamhill County after rain caused power outages.
The eastern side of Multnomah County had nearly 3,000 customers affected by outages.
Portland General Electric has restored power to most customers in both areas and confirmed rainfall was to blame for the loss of power.
