Portland coach Garrett Smith trained both of them.

People have asked 'are you excited about the game', Garrett told KGW's Reggie Aqui. Yeah! Five times. My goodness.

Pilots assistant coach Lisa Seary was equally excited.

To make three goals in a game like that, she said of Sinclair, She's the only one I know who can do it.

Rapinoe scored two stunning goals, bending one in to the near post on a corner kick and another laser cross-pitch and off the far ost

Rapinoe and the U.S. face Japan Thursday for the gold medal at London's Wembley Stadium.
