PORTLAND - A 26-year-old woman was arrested this week in connection with the 2010 gang shooting of a 16-year-old in Northeast Portland.
Shantae Bell was charged with attempted murder for the October 2010 shooting of 16-year-old Antonio Leron Cabine, who was wounded in the legs.
The shooting was one of a rash of retaliation shootings surrounding the murder of Andre Payton in September of 2010.
Cabine at the time told police that he was walking on the sidewalk after attending Payton's funeral when a vehicle drove by and fired several shots at him, hitting him twice in the legs.
Bell also faced assault and weapons charges.
