An fishing boat that may be tsunami debris has washed ashore in Long Beach, Wash.
The boat is 18 feet long and three feet wide, and has the number IT3-43282 on the side. The writing on the side appears to be an Asian dialect.
Biologists from the Willapa Bay Shellfish Lab and Lea Reuss from Americorp took samples from the boat Friday morning.
Four live fish were found in the well in the back of the boat. Large mussels and gooseneck barnacles were found on the vessel, as well as at least one sponge.
Samples of marine life were also taken by the biologists.
