PORTLAND -- Crews were working to figure out what caused a blaze that broke out at a business in Southeast Portland Saturday night.

Just before 8 p.m., firefighters responded to a building at 4621 SE 27th Avenue with smoke billowing from the roof, said AJSchaffer with Portland Fire & Rescue.

Crews used a large aerial ladder to get to the roof and began battling the blaze from above.

Within five minutes, crews realized they needed more help and dispatched a second alarm, which brought more firefighters to the scene.

The fire was put out in half an hour and no one was injured.

Investigators were at the scene trying to determine the cause of the fire.
