EUGENE, Ore. - A grand jury has indicted a suspect in the death of a 36-year-old Sweet Home woman whose body was found two weeks ago in the Umpqua National Forest.

Lane County District Attorney Alex Gardner made the announcement Friday morning, and the Register-Guard reportsthat 33-year-old Austin Rolfe was arraigned in the afternoon on charges of murder and second-degree abuse of a corpse.

Hikers found the body of Heaven Raynell King on July 9, about 35 miles southeast of Cottage Grove. King had two children. Rolfe is being held in the Lane County Jail.
