PORTLAND -- Portland General Electric reported two power outages in the Metro area Monday afternoon.
Key areas impacted were in the vicinity of NE 39th Avenue and Glisan, and another outage in the area of SW 23rd Avenue and Canyon Road.
Authorities said the outages were wind-related.
Drivers in the affected areas were warned to be on the alert for non-functioning traffic signals.
Power was mostly restored Monday evening to Metro area customers. Less than 200 outages were remaining in Marion County Monday night.
