PORTLAND -- An employee inside was hurt when a car crashed into a Southeast Portland Taco Bell early Sunday morning, police said.
Police were called just after 2:30 a.m. to the report of a crash at 12605 SE Division St.
Officers at the scene found that a driver had crashed through a fence and hit two vehicles before smashing into the Taco Bell drive-thru, said Sgt. Chuck Lovell of the Portland Police Bureau.
An employee inside suffered injuries that weren't thought to be life-threatening.Police did not release further details on the emplyee's condition.
The driver, later identified as 23-year-old Samantha Jane Riley, was later apprehended, Lovell said. Riley was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of assault, reckless driving, DUII and felony hit-and-run.
