TUALATIN, Ore. Police and U.S. Marshals arrested a man who was believed to have guns and body armor at a home in Tualatin Monday.

Police blocked off neighborhood streets near Ibach Park and brought in the Tactical Negotiations Team from Washington County to help arrest 34-year-old Fredric Dean who was wanted for an outstanding federal arrest warrant, said Lt. Greg Pickering with the Tualatin Police Department.

Dean was taken into custody without incident after he tried to leave the home Monday.

Streets around the park were closed for about an hour during the incident.
