PORTLAND -- A man accused of raping a developmentally disabled woman was acquitted by a Multnomah County judge on Thursday.

Cedric Graves, 33, of Troutdale was found not guilty on all counts by Judge Judith Matarazzo during the bench trial.

A grand jury had indicted Graves for the rape and sex abuse of a developmentally disabled co-worker in the back of his van, after he had offered to give her a ride to work.

At the time of his arrest, Graves told KGWNews he didn t do it and called the allegation a lie.

I don t rape females. I live with my mom and my grandmother. My parents know me. They know where I m from. They know what I m about. They know where I m going when I die, Graves told KGW.
