HILLSBORO - A Forest Grove man was arrested for harassment after he threw his breakfast sandwich at a restaurant worker Thursday, police said.

Police spokesman Mike Herb said Lawrence Staley got food from the Jack in the Box drive through, then parked and went inside.

After a complaint about french fries, workers gave him new fries. He then took his bag and started to walk out when he turned around and threw a Breakfast Jack sandwich, hitting worker in the back of the head, according to police.

The manager and Staley had words in the parking lot before Staley took off. Police caught up with him after getting his license plate info from the manager.

The worker was not seriously injured.

Staley faces harassment and disorderly conduct charges.
