PORTLAND -- Four Winterhawks were drafted into the National Hockey League this year, including first round picks Sven Bartschi and Joe Morrow, and second-round picks Ty Rattie and Tyler Wotherspoon.

Bartschi was the 13th overall pick for the Flames Friday. Morrow went 23rd overall to the Pittsburgh Penguins.

On Saturday, Rattie became the 32nd overall pick, heading the St. Louis Blues, and Wotherspoon was 57th overall, picked by the Calgary Flames.

Eight Winterhawks players were taken in last year’s draft.
