Fortress of Solitude Teriyaki chicken

Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl, mix: Equal parts soy sauce and rice wine to make two to four cups
About a tablespoon grated ginger
About a half cup chopped cilantro and or green onion
About a tablespoon of sesame oil
About a teaspoon chopped garlic
Couple of tablespoons of cane sugar
Cayenne pepper to taste
Baste chicken parts for one or two hours, less for wings.
Bake at 350 until you think it's done. Might want to lower the temp. Keep a close eye. The sugar may burn.
