If the backup quarterback still can't go because of a calf injury, third-stringer Charlie Frye becomes more likely to start a second consecutive game for Seattle (1-4) on Sunday night at Tampa Bay (4-2).
Starter Matt Hasselbeck is due back -- to the area, not the practice field. He was in Los Angeles to get a second opinion on his knee injury. A doctor there found the months-old bulging disk the three-time Pro Bowler has had in his back is weakening his knee. Hasselbeck will miss his second consecutive game on Sunday.
