Two injured Blazers return to practice

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- The Portland Trail Blazers got some good news on the injury front as guard Steve Blake and forward Channing Frye returned to practice.

Blake's return from a hamstring problem wasn't a surprise, but Frye came back earlier than expected from ankle surgery.
Frye participated in all aspects of practice and said his ankle is 95 percent healthy.
