EUGENE, Ore. -- The Oregon Ducks soared into the top-20 in this week's Associated Press college football poll. Voters jumped Oregon from 21 to 18 after the Ducks thrashed the Washington Huskies on Saturday.

Top-ranked USC and 15th-ranked Arizona State are only Pacific-10 Conference schools ranked higher than the Ducks.
The Ducks will be heavily favored to make it two in a row when they host Utah State this weekend.
The Oregon defense played well against Washington, and that doesn't bode well for an Aggies team that lost its season opener at UNLV.
Utah State has lost 19 straight against ranked teams since upsetting No. 25 Fresno State in 1991.
