PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- The Portland Trail Blazers will have the 13th overall pick in June's NBA draft.
Portland had a 96 percent chance of landing the 13th selection in Tuesday night's draft lottery, and just a 0.6 percent chance of winning the No. 1 pick.

Last season, the Blazers had a 5.3 percent chance to receive the top pick, but they beat the odds. Portland took 7-foot center Greg Oden in the draft.
President Larry Miller and general manager Kevin Pritchard were representing the Blazers in Secaucus, N.J., home of the NBA Entertainment studios.
Before 2007, the last time the Blazers had the top pick was in 1978, when they chose center Mychal Thompson of Minnesota.
