Ellie Manou added 13 points and 10 rebounds for Oregon (5-8, 2-1 Pacific-10 Conference). The Ducks have won two straight after losing all six of their December games.
Oregon led 25-24 at halftime and briefly fell behind when the Wildcats (7-8, 0-3) went on a 12-5 run to go up 38-36 with 14:27 to play.
But the Ducks answered with an 11-2 run over the next three minutes to take a 47-40 advantage and never trailed again.

The sophomore center led a late run that cut the deficit to 55-53, but Amanda Johnson's 3-pointer restored Oregon's breathing room and the Ducks hit five free throws in final 1:09.
