Blazers' Roy out 7 to 10 days

By Associated Press

All-Star guard Brandon Roy, who missed the last two Portland Trail Blazer games with a sprained right hamstring, will miss 7 to ten days of action.

Roy also had a precautionary magnetic resonance imaging test on his surgically repaired left knee Saturday morning but they showed no significant changes since fluid was drained in mid December.

He did not travel Los Angeles for its Sunday matchup against the Lakers and likely will miss at least three more games.

He may be back for part of an upcoming four-game East Coast trip.

He did not attend Saturday practice and has not played since a 102-89 victory over Toronto on Dec. 27.
