USA Track & Field named Oregon's Galen Rupp athlete of the week.
He led Team USA to a third place finish at the Chiba International Ekiden in Japan, last week.
Rupp’s 28:20 time was the fastest 10 km split of the day.
Rupp was a silver medalist in the 10,000m 2012 London Olympics.
