Oregon Ducks land six 4-star football recruits in three days

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Oregon coach Willie Taggart's great recruiting weekend has carried over to Monday.

Since the Ducks completed their annual Spring Game on Saturday, the program has received seven verbal commitments from recruits: four on Saturday, two on Sunday and another Monday.

Of the seven commits, six are ranked as four-star athletes by 247sports.com.

The latest to commit is four-star athlete Jevon Holland. The 6-foot-1 safety from Oakland, California, chose Oregon over Notre Dame and Washington. He also considered offers from Arizona, Cal, Nebraska, UCLA and more.

After this weekend’s recruiting success, Oregon’s 2018 recruiting class now has eight players, six of whom are four-star talents, and the class ranks No. 12 nationally, according to 247Sports.com.
