BEND, Ore. (AP) — Bend's Mountain View High School football team is looking for an edge as it prepares to defend its 5A state title, so the training this summer includes sessions of hot yoga.
Defensive coordinator Neil Elshire told KTVZ (http://is.gd/ZpOLZU ) the idea is for the kids to learn how to focus.
One player says the humid yoga sessions in 100-degree heat are like working out in the shower. He says the team is bonding by sweating together.
