PITTSBURGH (AP) — Help is on the way for the Pittsburgh Steelers' offense.
Tight end Heath Miller practiced again on Friday and is listed as probable for Sunday night's game against Chicago (2-0).
Miller hasn't played since tearing ligaments in his right knee last December against Cincinnati. The Steelers (0-2) could certainly use the three-time Pro Bowler. Pittsburgh has scored just two touchdowns through two weeks and struggled to run the ball.
Miller says the ultimate decision on whether he can play will be up to coach Mike Tomlin, but barring a setback Miller's No. 83 will jog out of the tunnel against the Bears. Miller said it will take him some time to get up to speed due to the limited contact he saw in practice.
