Riders set off on 13th stage of Tour de France

CHATEAUX, France (AP) — Riders have begun the 13th stage of the Tour de France, a flat 134.8-mile run to the Mediterranean tailored for a win by one of the race's sprinters.

The course ends in the seaside resort of Le Cap d'Agde.

Briton Bradley Wiggins retains the race leader's yellow jersey with a 2:05 lead over teammate Christopher Froome. Vincenzo Nibali of Italy is third, 2:23 back, and defending champion Cadel Evans of Australia is 3:19 back in fourth.
