PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Trail Blazers tonight welcomed the 10 millionth fan to the Rose Garden.
Greg Button of Portland was met by a confetti shower as he passed through the South entrance turnstile, and injured rookie Greg Oden led the greeting committee.
Button and his son Sebastian were escorted to seats directly behind the Trail Blazers bench, and Button received a Trail Blazers jersey bearing number 10 million by Trail Blazers President Larry Miller.
Button received other prizes as well, including an autographed Trail Blazers basketball and a weekend getaway package from Wildhorse Resort & Casino.
The Rose Garden opened in 1995.
