Nike revealed its designs Tuesday for the NFL's 2014 Pro Bowl game, and fans of Oregon and Oregon State can be forgiven for their deja vu.
The uniforms resemble those created for the two Oregon schools. The Huffington Post called them "bold, confusing...and recycled?"
A Yahoo Sports writer called it "the college football-ization" of the NFL.
The dramatic move away from the traditional red and blue Pro Bowl uniforms is part of an effort to revive the flagging event.
Rather than teams from the two conferences playing each other, the NFL has instituted a draft system that chooses the best players from either league.
