PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- The Portland Timbers will return to action Thursday, kicking off a three-game homestand at PGE Park.
The Timbers enter the match on a two-game winning streak and look to make it three against the Austin Aztex, one of the top teams in the league.
The Aztex will be making their only visit to Portland this season.
The clubs played to a scoreless draw in Texas earlier this year.
The Timbers will continue their homestand Sunday against Crystal Palace Baltimore.
