"Seahawks Fone Zone" is back for year four and better than ever. After every Sunday afternoon Seahawks game, change the channel to Northwest Cable News.

Sports anchors Chris Egan and Chris Swanson will give "the 12th Man" first chance to sound off about the Hawks' performance.  It’s free-wheeling phone opinion from fans around the Northwest.
