Seahawks kicker Josh Brown walks off the field after kicking the game-winning field goal against the St. Louis Rams on Nov. 12, 2006.
SEATTLE - Kicker Josh Brown has confirmed to KING 5 Sports that he will not return to the Seattle Seahawks next season.
Several reports indicate he will sign with the St. Louis Rams.
The Hawks reportedly offered Brown close to $3 million a season, which would have made him the highest-paid kicker in the NFL. But they couldn't reach a deal.
Brown is an unrestricted free agent. He joined the Seahawks in 2003 and spent five seasons with the team.
